Data Deletion
Two things are available to you at any time: you can disconnect a connected social account so that no further access happens through it, and you can request deletion of your Social Intelligence OS data. This page explains both, and is explicit about what may be retained.

Request account or workspace data deletion
You can ask for your Social Intelligence OS data to be deleted. Requests are made by email — there is no form on this site, because a form that quietly goes nowhere would be worse than no form at all.
Send your request to privacy@nabilsemaan.com and include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The workspace or organisation name, if you know it.
- Whether you want your individual user account deleted, or the entire workspace and its data.
- Any connected social accounts you also want disconnected as part of the request.
What happens next:
- Your request is acknowledged.
- Your identity is verified, and — where the request concerns a workspace — your authority to make it on the workspace's behalf.
- The deletion is carried out without undue delay once that is established.
- You are told what was deleted, and told about anything that was retained together with the reason for retaining it.
Deleting a workspace removes the content, derived material, plans, drafts and connection credentials held for it, subject to the exceptions in the sections below.
Historical, security and audit records
Some records exist precisely so that it can be shown, afterwards, what happened and on whose authority. Deleting those records on request would destroy the very accountability they were created to provide.
Records may therefore be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Security — investigating and preventing unauthorised access or misuse.
- Fraud prevention — detecting and preventing abuse of the Service or of a connected platform.
- Audit — maintaining a reliable history of governed actions and the approvals behind them.
- Dispute resolution — establishing what was authorised, by whom and when.
- Legal obligations — meeting a requirement imposed by applicable law.
- Historical authorisation evidence — demonstrating that an action was properly authorised at the time it was carried out.
Retained records are kept to what is necessary for the purpose, and are minimised where the purpose allows. If a record about you is retained, the reason will be given on request.
This page does not promise that every historical record is erased immediately on request, because that promise could not honestly be kept for records of this kind.
Creator rights evidence
Where a workspace obtained permission from a creator to use their content, the record of that permission may need to be kept for longer than the content itself.
The reason is straightforward: if a question is later raised about whether content was used with permission, the evidence of the grant is the answer. Deleting it would leave both the creator and the workspace unable to demonstrate what was agreed.
- Rights evidence is retained for as long as it may reasonably be needed to demonstrate that permission existed at the time content was used.
- It is used for that purpose, and for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — not for anything else.
- A creator may ask what rights evidence relates to them, and may ask for it to be deleted; where deletion would remove necessary proof of a historical grant, that will be explained rather than silently refused.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@nabilsemaan.com with the subject line “Data deletion request — Social Intelligence OS”.
Include the details listed under Request account or workspace data deletion. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, say so, so that authority can be checked.
Reports that have already been downloaded or exported cannot be recalled. Once a file is in a recipient's possession, it is outside the Service's control.

03Social-platform data
Data obtained from a connected social platform is retrieved only while a connection is active and only within the permissions granted.
How quickly a provider stops honouring a revoked authorisation, and what it retains afterwards, is determined by that provider — not by this Service.
